Allenview Easter Egg Hunt

Holly organized another Easter Egg hunt this year. The kids had a great time searching for eggs and eating all the candy. Gregory was especially excited to find a Lightning McQueen egg. What a beautiful day for such a fun event!

Gregory's Hat Parade

Gregory had a hat parade at school on Tuesday. Alexa had a field trip, so mommy missed the parade, but Grammy and Papa far away took him and got some pictures. He looked so cute in his hat...it's actually Alexa's hat.

Olive Garden for the Birthday Celebration

We all went to the Olive Garden for Alexa's birthday dinner. She loves to eat there, so it was perfect. She ate tons of bread sticks and french fries...her favorite. She was so excited to open her gift...a laptop! She was so excited when she saw it. We had cupcakes, complements of Grammy far away. We again used trick candles at Alexa's request. I think she had a great birthday dinner!!!

Skating, skating, skating

Alexa wanted to have another skating party this year for her birthday...so, on Saturday we rented out the rink and had a big party. It was so much fun. Our family from West Virginia was visiting so she was so excited to share the day with them. Mommy made a roller blade cake which Alexa loved and put trick candles on it which she had asked for. After the party we all went back to Grammy and Papa far aways to open gifts. We then went to Hershey to swim and visit. We all went to Red Robin for dinner and they sang to Alexa. She had a smile from ear to year...it was a great day for her!

Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride

Alexa was part of the variety show again this year. There were 14 girls doing a dance to a Lilo and Stitch song. The girls did a fabulous job. They worked so hard and were so cute. Alexa was so excited to get to wear her outfit and she looked great in it. The whole family watched the show and even part of our family from West Virginia got to watch. Alexa was especially excited that Micah was here.

Upward

The girls cheered for Upward basketball again this year. With mommy as the coach, it was a great time for us to spend together. They both did such a great job and had so much fun! They made lots of new friends and already can not wait for football to start.
